Pumpkin Spice Muffins with Cream Cheese Glaze

when the winds turn blustery
and the maples shake down their leaves
my family begins to crave
pumpkiny treats from the kitchen

so i bring you
Two Ingredient Pumpkin Spice Muffins with Cream Cheese Glaze

to make
you simple beat together
one box of any brand
dry spice cake mix

and one 15 oz. can of pumpkin

spray muffin tin
with cooking oil
or line with muffin cups

using an ice cream scoop
fill each muffin cup with one scoop of batter

bake in 350 degree oven for 15-18 minutes

while muffins are baking
make your glaze

in mixing bowl
combine about 2 T of softened cream cheese
1 cup confectioner's sugar
and just enough milk to make glaze consistency
(i think i used about 2 T)

beat together until smooth

spoon glaze mixture into a small
zip-lock baggie

cut a small hole in one corner of bag

when muffins are done
but still warm

drizzled glaze on tops

and when your munchkins
come in after an hour or two
of throwing leaves at each other

they will probably not
eat their muffins with forks

on a plate

but they will eat them
till there's nothing left
but crumbs

and then they'll eat those too
