that it's nearly friday
because when friday rolls around
it's time for a party

because i went a little yard sale-ing
in town today
and tomorrow evening
i get to preview an estate sale
can you say
whoopee!
my husband Chad
is slightly less exuberant, however
i think
that when he hears the word sale
he immediately sees dollar signs
float before his eyes
can you believe it's August already?
sheesh
i s'pose
i can no longer squeeze my eyes shut
plug my ears
and pretend that school
is not right around the proverbial corner
summer should last
about 6 months
i think
although
i'll still put off lesson planning
as long as physically possible
no judging
from all you super planners out there
and what better way
to procrastinate
than to lollygag around this week's
