Aw Alison he's precious! I know he will never replace your other dog, but dogs are great at healing our hearts :)
ReplyDeleteAlison..Hugo is adorable, I am sure he will put a smile on all your faces...After I lost a dear cat I LOVED, my husband gave me a kitten with the note..'a kittens purr can find its way through the tiniest crack in a broken heart'...I think it applies to puppies as well. Enjoy him !

When I see a family reach out to a little special pup and rescue him and share their love and their lives with him -- my heart is warmed and my faith rejuvenated...thank you for taking this precious pup into your lives and I see that he is helping you heal so I know the feeling of loss...just know that the other pup is waiting of you -- there are never replacements -- only additions to our hearts and i know that little mr. Hugo is all ready a part of all of your hearts! tonight i will light a candle for your angel and for your new bundle of joy -- wishing you all the best that life has to offer :) this truly warms my heart...hugs...andrea -- family and doxies (heaven and earth)
