not sure it actually is a cookie
because it requires
no sugar
no oil
no eggs
no baking
and my kidlets can make them
without (much) help
the recipe comes from my
'more with less'
cookbook

combine in bowl:
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
1 c. dry milk
1 c. uncooked oats (or graham cracker crumbs)
mix well and shape into balls
or you can roll dough into a long roll
and slice
enjoy!
